The service

Zenough is provided by Zenough. It helps you decide before buying beauty products by comparing an item you are considering with the cabinet you record. Whether to buy is always your decision.

Who can use Zenough

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zenough.

Limits of the results

  • Results rely on what you enter and on automatic recognition, which can be incomplete or wrong. Anything you have not confirmed is labelled.
  • The app is not medical, dermatological or financial advice. Do not use it to replace a product a professional prescribed.
  • Prices shown are the price you entered or the one read from a page, not a guaranteed selling price.
  • The value of items skipped is the sum of prices you confirmed for items you chose not to buy, not money saved.

Free plan and rewarded ads

  • The free plan includes a monthly number of automatic recognitions (from a link or photo) and shelf scans. Only a recognition or scan that finds at least one product counts; limits reset on the 1st of each month in your time zone.
  • After a monthly limit is used, you can choose to watch a rewarded ad from Google AdMob to get one more use of that limit. Extra uses count in the month they are earned and do not carry over.
  • An ad is shown only when you tap to watch one. There are no other ads in Zenough and none on Zenough Plus. If an ad does not load or the extra use does not arrive, you can still enter the item manually.
  • Ads are provided by Google. We do not choose or endorse the advertised products, and an ad is never a recommendation to buy.
  • Google may personalise ads if you allow it; declining does not affect the extra use. See the Privacy policy for details.

Zenough Plus subscription

  • Zenough Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It raises the monthly limits for automatic recognition (from a link or photo) and for shelf scans. Manual entry, checks, explanations, "buy anyway", export and deletion stay free on every plan.
  • The price and billing period are shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Zenough account does not cancel it.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
  • When Plus ends you return to the free plan's limits. Your cabinet, decisions and other data are kept.

Your account and content

  • Keep your password safe.
  • You keep your rights to photos and content you upload, and you let us store and process them to provide the service.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to use or that breaks the law.

External links

We only read public pages from links you send. We never place orders, sign in or interfere with your cart or payment. Pictures copied from a product page are shown only to you, together with the page they came from.

Apple devices

If you use Zenough on an Apple device, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA, https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies, in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for Zenough or its content.

Ending use

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend accounts that use the service against these terms.

Changes

When these terms change, the version and effective date at the top are updated.
